Violetqueen, thankyou for you sympathy, i saw the practice nurse last night how took my BP etc but I have had it before and was warned it can come back for no apparent reason....she has given me some tablets to take which should ease it in a day or 2 ....its very un nerving though

you need to be checked for BPPV, menieres etc so you kow how to manage it. i would not leave it at that since you have had it before.

Isn't there some kind of inner ear thing ( some sort of deposits collect ? ) where a fairly simple manipulation /positioning of head can correct it ?
Ah ,here we are

violetqueen · 06/07/2010 20:03

or even this www.vestibular.org/vestibular-disorders/treatment/canalith-repositioning.php

you need to have the procedue done by a proffesional otherwise it could make it worse or not help at all. but you need to see an ENT specialist to find out what the problem actually is.
