Okay, so I've been suffering from anxiety disorder for the past year and am receiving conselling at the moment. It's got to the stage that I'm reaaaally needing help BIG time!! I just want to feel normal again! And therefore I'm considering purchasing a Paul Mckenna hyposis CD but I'm apprehensive as I'm not sure if I'd be wasting my money. Has anyone has hypnosis and if so how was it?

Not sure about CDs; better to go to a reputable hypnotist. Better yet, there are courses where you can learn self-hypnosis. I did this and found it useful. Will try to dig out the company and get back. Is CBT any good for your condition?

Just had a google and came across a Tim Alberry, who did part of his training with Lifeforce, where I did a short self-hypnosis course.

I'm not touting for this guy or the firm, but worth checking out. The original owner of Lifeforce left to go to Oz, but I'm guessing sold the firm and its name.
