Abidec? Boots.

I got this from Sainsburys today, but don't think that it is one you add to the milk, the chemist just wasn't sure.

Any other ideas ?

I get them from a local health food shop. It's a German brand, I think, additive free.

Why on earth couldn't you put the drops in milk? What could possibly happen?
Nesquick has added vitamins, but I don' t think that's quite what you are looking for!

Floradix is good but take it with caution as it is very high in iron and may make a child v constipated.

expatinscotland · 16/08/2005 09:30

True, Spongebob. There are different types of Floradix around. One has iron added, another is a 'Kindervital' that doesn't.

Be careful if your child is taking fish oil as well, make sure you get a brand of fish oil that does not contain extra vitamins as well.

I picked up Abidec but noticed that it had some traces of peanut oil.

Does anyone use Haliborange Multivits Liquid Orange, would this be okay to put into milk etc to give to baby.

The type of peanut oil in Abidec doesnt' cause reactions - there have been studies on it. It is treated so it doesn't.

I aslo use Abidec for ds but i dont put it in his milk, just offor him seperately and he likes the taste.
