You can suffer with peri pausal symptoms from the age of 45 like I did you can try the natural complimentry way ( expensive ) or go to see your GP and have a blood test and see what he suggests?

no, we were actually trying to conceive.
Can't figure out the ovulating kits, can never find my hormone surge, and then last week my period was a week early, always been regular.
so starting to worry

Complementary is not expensive; try a camomile supplement and a good multivit. Give up tobacco, alcohol, high sugar and salt food eat much more fruit and veg etc. Google earth clinic.
