7 Month DS with constipation!!

Please can you give me the best tips to clear constipation of my ds who is 7 months old

boil up some prunes and give him the juice mixed with water?

Is he on formula?

yes he is on formula but also on solids now as well 3 meals a day

firstly try giving boiled water between feeds. mis with a TINY bit of orange juice if he won't take the water.
we have used prunes with ds but you really only need a very small amount. i got some soft dried ready to eat ones and blended them with a little bit of milk.
He only needed about 2 tsp to clear the blockage!

gave him a whole ice-cube once and he had really bad runs later on bad mummy

Only asked because I've found SMA gold to be really constipating, just switching it if that is your formula could help pretty quickly IME!
