in my eye lids, top and bottom, my thighs and my calves and sometimes my feet.

Deeply irritating but why? any ideas? can I cure it by eating more oranges or something simple?

tiredness and stress
the one in my eye lasted for months so went to see specialist.... who said I was tired and stressed and she could tell I had hayfever!! this was in Jan
