Unexplained weight loss

I am a huge eater, to the extent that people often comment on the amount of food I consume, at a buffet or at my desk for example.

However, I generally make healthy choices and don't often eat between meals. I also take a decent amount of exercise and am generally active, gardening, walk/cycle rather than drive when possible, play footie with kids rather than watch etc.

As a result, despite my appetite I have never been overweight. 5'7" and generally between 10 st 7 and 11 stone, size 10/12.

Over the last 2 months I have started to lose weight, now weigh under 10 st, have had to tighten my belt 2 notches and people have started to ask if I've been unwell.

I feel fine and haven't changed my eating or exercise, but I'm starting to worry a little myself.

If I have no other symptoms, is there anything to worry about?

It's worth getting checked out, but it's also worth noting that in the hotter weather I don't want to eat as much. My stats are the same as yours, am currently a smidge under 10 stone and tbh can see myself losing another couple of pounds if the weather stays as it does. Do you drink a lot of water? I find I lose weight when I keep myself properly hydrated too, and I have been drinking bucketloads

If you still have plenty of energy I wouldn't worry too much, you're not particularly underweight or anything.

It's always worth getting things checked out if you notice any spontaneous change in the way that your body is working.

Do you have any night sweats or feel tired at all?
