another dodgy smear

Hello, am a bit worried as I had to have loop treatment (I think that's what it was called) a few years ago. Had finally reverted back to having smears 3 yearly and my latest has just shown 'minor cell changes'. Am being referred back to the colposcopy clinic.
Has anyone else experienced this? I feel a bit sick now.

Try not to worry. Altered cells are not cancer. We are lucky to be so carefully monitored. If there are cells to be removed again then so be it.
Sounds like I'm being hard feced but all I'm really trying to do is not let you get carried away with your fears.
