My youngest dc just turned 2 last week. I suffered badly with SPD, though I never got to the on crutches stage, it was definately painful and it gave me trouble for a month or so afterwards.
SInce then, my left hip has intermittently given me trouble. But in the last week or so, I can only describe it as popping ou tof the socket when I'm walking. I don't know if that's what's happening, but it sends my blood cold each time it happens, and is painful enough to make me catch my breath and swear a bit
Soemthing is definately wrong, I was washing up earlier and my hip pressed to the sink and it felt tender, a bit like it's in the socket at the slightly wrong angle?
I don't know if any of that makes sense, but would my GP help? I was walking today and it was the most painful yet, I had to sit down for a few minutes and had a little sob
