Urgent question about paste for removing splinters

I've heard that there's some sort of paste you can make which draws out splinters. Any idea what it is, and can you tell me quickly so I can get the ingredients while I'm in town now?

You can get magnesium sulphate paste - apply under a plaster and it sometimes draws foeign bodies out.

It's called magnesium sulphate paste. Buy it ready mixed from pharmacy, it's excellent stuff.
