ds and i have bad colds and someone recommended medised for him - i took some too last night as had nothing else in the house - i slept like a log and woke up feeling 100% better.
looked up the ingredients and night aid has the same antihistamine in it and am considering trying it.
i am always tired in mornings and wonder if am having poor/restless sleep and would night aid help ?
