I must sleep!
Dh is away and I never sleep well while he's gone. Ds has been teething too. I'm pooped!

What are your top tips for a proper nights sleep. Hopefully ds's teeth have settled.

give teething child nurofen, teething does hurt and disturb sleep.

get some blackout blinds and something nice and relaxing and girly to read before bed.

Ds is fully dosed up but it won't last through the night. Bedtime dose works till about 2 if I'm lucky.
I have dark room and books but just keep waking up- even when ds is quiet.
Been eating crap all day as dead sleepy
