Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help.

For the past 3 weeks or so I've ben experiencing period / pregnancy like syptoms - lower back ache, constant naseau, aches and sort of stretchy pains in uterus like when I've first been pregnant before. I've also felt dizzy and like I can't concentrate very well- a bit like too much is gong on in my head- like my head's spinning.

Anyway - I've done 2 pregnancy tests and they've both been negative. It's very unlikely they;re wrong as I have a 6 month old and am exclusively breast feeding. My periods didn't return for over a year last time.

I have an underactive thyroid but I had that tested last week and it's all under control.

So - what's wrong with me???? It's driving me mad as I just feel so weird! Could it just be that my period is about to start again?

Hope this doesn't sound too weird!

Thanks x

there's a thread in conception about someone suffering from ovarian cysts. THe symptoms sound similar - take a look and see whether you think it sounds familiar. It does seem to be reasonably common. Here's the thread

do you want another baby?

Thanks LadyBee. I've read that thread and it sounds exactly like my symptoms. I've made an appointment with my Dr. You've been really helpful.

Thanks for reading too Devotion. I do ultimately want more children, but not now. In fact as I was doing the pregnancy tests it hit me how much I don't want another baby just yet, and want to enjoy the baby I have. Interesting point though!
