heart thumping feeling

do you ever get that? when it feels like your heart is thumping more than usual? had on and off since yesterday, makes you feel a bit breathless? wondering what it is

Panic attacks? Are you stressed?

I think stomach problems can cause that sort of thing, too. Doctor once told me my 'heart troubles' were probably indigestion.

Yes I get this, it makes me feel like I need to take a deep breath and cant, Also my heart feels like its thumping in my throat when it happens
