Hi all, i got my mirena fitted on 12th april, spotted for two days, cramped for 4-5 days. Then nothing for 4 days, after the 4 days i woke with what felt like bruising to my vagina. I checked and nothing there so ignored for a week, it got worse so i went to the doc and he said my lymph nodes had reacted to the coil and to give it two more weeks to see if it goes away... Well it's just getting more and more swollen! I'm booked for it to come out tues morning, just wondering had anyone else had the lymph node thing? I spoke with the pharmacist today while getting some more painkillers and she thinks i'm reacting to the metal in the coil, i don't wear any jewellery so wouldn't know if i reacted to anything like that...?! Also have bled for 2wks, not heavy but not nice with the pain from th lymph nodes as well!
