do chest infections clear up by them selves?

hi - i got flu last week and im still feeling unwell - think i have a chest infection (ive had one before) is there any chance it will just clear up on its own?-i was in alot of pain yesterday-feels like my chest is very heavy and clogged up- worse when i lie down

I would see the GP for some abx.

I've always been told that bacterial chest infections need anti b's, you need to speak to your doctor.
