BMI different parameters?

Was just checking BMI on NHS site and I noticed that the parameters were different to lighter life...

ie underweight started at under 20 on lighter life but under 18.5 on NHS

How are we supposed to know what the correct one is?

I think the NHS changed it a couple of years ago. My BMI was 19 when I got pg with DS and I was under consultant care for being underweight but I noticed that their 'new' underweight is 18.5 and below.

I'd go off the NHS one.

But it is wise to aim to be underweight?

[stern look]

If it's not your natural 'thinness' then you'll just feel crap. A BMI of 20 is still slim.

no i know you are totally right and weighing too little ages me!

will stop at 20 point zero!
