Vasectomy not worked 15mnth on....

DH had a vasectomy 15months ago and he's still shooting soldiers? The tests are coming back positive still!

Should we go back to GP?? Very confused how this is happening??

Anyone else had anything similar?

There is a 1/1000 failure rate with vasectomy, so it has to happen to someone.

Go back to GP to discuss another contraceptive option perhaps.
