Please come and talk about PMT!

Having had about 10 post babies periods now, I am noticing a horrible pattern of me becoming a total monster for a day or two before my period starts. These are my first regular periods since I got pregnant with my first daughter who has just turned 7, so it's all new to me!

Is there anything I can do about it? What's helped you?

No help I'm afraid - but i was wondering how your DD is sleeping and if you are managing to get enough sleep?

The reason I ask is that I've heard lack of sleep does funny things to your hormones, and I have a theory that my PMT is at it's worst when I am also suffering from severe lack of sleep (i.e. most of the time for the first 18 months after baby arrived).

I haven't had a full night's sleep for about 7.5 years now! I'm well used to it. And there's nowt I can do about it anyway.

I know I get horrible when I have much less sleep than usual, but I dont' think the sleep can be affecting my PMT as I get it even if I've been sleeping well.
