just wanted to have a moan. been in the emntal health ward for 5 weeks and got discharged this week,,m i had a niggly back pain whilst in there but never thought anything of it as only been dishcahrged from a 8 mth bout of physio in march. been to doc for 5 days on the trot to be told take pain killers move around as much as i can and see it thru. thats a good idea with half term coming up 8 year old daughter to look after and hubby working 14 hour shifts
