restless legs in babies?

can babies get restless leg syndrome? My 7month old baby is a terrible sleeper and often wakes herself because her legs are thrashing around like a crazy thing.

Did you find a solution? as my 7 month does exactly the same thing, he thrashes his legs and wakes himself up.
