I'm having chest pains...

Not really painful, but more constricting. I'm pretty sure it'll be linked to anxiety. Any ideas on how to handle it would be much appreciated.

constricting chest pains always=999 i think!

I would get yourself checked out at A&E. I was rushed in last year with suspected heart attack. it wasn't thankfully, but good to get checked

Oh it's not really badly constricting, more like tightening. I can't go out yet, I have to finish my last assignment and take it in today, that's why I think it's probably anxiety. It's not really bad, just kind of annoying...

NeedCoffee · 25/05/2010 20:18

Hi Fanjo, Sorry, I should have come on earlier!

I'm fine, I think it could have been wind?
It went off not long after I last posed and I went out, was going ot pop to GPs but just didn't have time.

It's fine now so hopefully it wasn't anything to worry about, will mention it next time I see doc.

Sorry for not letting you know earlier

I have had very bad chest pains last week. Went to A&E and my liver function is slitely low. Am having ultrasound to check for gallstones next week.
I was wondering if it was after the c-section i had (baby now 12 wks old).

alypaly · 26/05/2010 00:29

cwsg...gall stones seem to be quite common just after pregnancy. It can feel like a heart attack too. Had mine out last year after a was rushed in with suspected heart attack
