amoxicillin side effects

I started a course of amoxicillin for a dental abscess yesterday and I am experiencing the lovely side effect of diarrhoea! I know this is a common side effect and I just wondered if anyone knows if I can expect it to ease off as my body gets used to the medicine, or if I'll need to be near a loo for the next 4 days!!! Am doing the yoghurt thing to see if that helps, so fingers crossed!

Phew!! Thanks for that, Olivio! Was worried that I'd have to stay near the loo for the rest of the week! Will go to Holland and Barretts ans get some of those capsules, too!
