period question/mooncups

How often do you empty your mooncup and how full is it when you do? Sorry for gross question but am trying to work out how much is too much and any net info is all in terms of how many pads/tampons.

Whenever I go to the toilet at home, depends on washing facilities when I'm out and about. Usually no more than 6 hours during the day - maybe 8 hours overnight.

I've no idea how full it is as it gets poured down the toilet before I get to see it (in one smooth motion IYKWIM).

I only bother with additional pads during my heaviest couple of days - just in case.

If you think in terms of changing your sanpro every time you go to the loo (say ~3hourly), and heavy flow means you have to make extra trips to change sanpro, then on the heaviest day I wd have to empty it on regular loo-trips and maybe once more, but on medium days I didn't have to make any extra trips, and on light days I could even get away with only emptying it every 12h. Tho that's not really to be rcommended -3 times in 24h is better.
