Guts have been....rumbly and squitty since DS was born, really (7m). I usually have good digestion but it does go haywire with stress(!). Could this be it? For 7 months?

What does it mean if...runny poo (sorry ) sometimes smells like vomit?

Apols for TMI. Any ideas gratefully received. It's not bad enough for the doc but I'm curious.

Suggest you get yourself to the doctors. Even if you don't think it's bad enough, considering how long it's been going on it needs to be checked out.

There are a few nasty bugs out there...for example helicobactor pylori and giardia that stick with you unless treated. Also something like coeliacs can cause runny outbursts.

Better to rule any nasties out.
