Does anyonme take lecithin ?

Have you tried any of the benecol type stuff?
One thing I do know - if you are recommended statins by drs, bear in mind that once you start taking them you can't stop. Not necessarily a bad thing if thats whats needed but I do know people who started taking them thinking they could come off them again later.

benecol appears to be milk based - and I'm not very good with milk stuff - so I'm a bit cautious

Also statins may have adverse affects on muscles (side effects) and as I have ME which already affects my muscles....I'm a bit cautious about that too....

DH takes it along with a load of other capsules that his osteopath recommends. I've just had a look at his bottle which reads:

It provides phospholipids that are found in all cells and acts as a powerful emulsifier of fats in the human body.
