poor sore ds' bits

Has anyone any experience of this. The underside of ds'willy and the bit of his scrotum that touches that bit is very red and sore. I've put sudocrem on it and just wondered if that is the right thing to do? He doesn't have nappy rash - he did at the weekend and we put Metanium on it and wondered if that had caused the problem

in my experience a bit of talc works far better and quicker than sudocreme.

Talc? I hadn't thought of that. Will try later. Anyone else?

talc as it dries it out, its probably just the ending of his nappy rash my ds2 always used to get this and i used talc or sterzac (sterilised talc) if i had it.
