Has anyone used Arnica tablets to help with reduction of pain/swelling after giving birth. I need to know when I should start to take them?

I did I started to take them about 2 weeks before due date.
Did they work??? Who knows? I don't know how different it would have been without the Arnica. But it didn't do me any harm

You should take them when labour starts (200 dilution) and immediately after birth. I was actually given Arnica 10M (which is even lower) before we cut the cord as the baby would benefit from it too. Baby's cord was cut when it stop pulsating (now I would even deliver placenta before we cut the cord).
Took Arnica 200 after birth too for 5 days,
Of course you can't say if it helps or not as who knows what state you'd be in if you had not....
