Delayed ejaculation, anyone had any experience off?

I have been goggling and there doesn't seem to be a very high rate of success in curing this disorder, can anyone tell me any success stories?

No personal experince sorry, but what I've read, it seems like an entirely psychological issue for the most part.
If it's a TTC issue then sperm can be taken directly from the testes, all sounds rather painful though!

Is it defintely delayed ejaculation, not just retrograde ejaculation (which still allows orgasm but the sperm go into the bladder instead of out through the urethra)?

thankfully it is not a TTC issue, he is already a Granddad!

they recognise that it is purely psychological, he had a very bad breakup in the last relationship.

I suppose the best advice would be hang in there, eventually he may relax enough to let go.
