Boils and spots......................help!

Ok, I have an urge to change my name for this but can't really be fudged so I'm just going grit my teeth and tell you where my boil is.

It's absolute bloody agony, about the size of a baked bean(!!), very red...actually verging on burgundy and it's...........deep breath..........in my private hairy place!

Thankfully it's just at the top were the hair starts but my word, does it hurt.

We're going on holiday on saturday and I really want to get rid of it. I can't get my bikini line done either, too painful and embarrassing. It's not a pretty sight I can telll you

Doctors is full and TBH I just haven't got time before saturday.

What can I do to it?
Tried hot salty water to draw out but it's still as bad.
It's actually quite painful to walk!

Please help.

Could this be a Bartholomew's cyst, or maybe a ingrowing hair that has become infected.... either way it sounds like you need it looked at...

It's not a bartholins cyst. Wrong area.

It's at the top of my....errr.... hairy mary, about 1cm into it from my lower stomach. Literally where my stomach end and my hair starts.

charliecat, honestly the thought of that makes me want to weep.

Normally i would but it really is agony, a needle would make me hit the roof.

but it would go pop and feel better...i had one there that woke me up at 3am red hot and agony I popped it with a needle and it was fine after that.

God, if it stops it hurting then I might me tempted

i squeezed the outside of it hard to make that hurt more than the needle IIRC

Just phoned the doctor and explained what it looks like and how much it's hurting etc.

She said I have to come and see them because by the sound of it it definatley needs antibiotics.

Great. They always give me thrush!
