Naproxen and Tramadol

Hi,

I take Tramadol and Diclofenac for my duff back, but am not getting much relief, so went back to the doctors today. She has given me a prescription for some muscle relaxants to take at night time and Naproxen for during the day. I think she said I can still take the Tramadol, but I was flapping (for a change) and am not 100% sure. Is the Naproxen to replace the Diclofenac or the Tramadol or both?

I hope this makes a bit of sense, I'm struggling a bit today. The Tramadol turns my brain to mush.

Thanks.
