Toddler line in forehead - is this anything to worry about?

Dd bumped her forehead a few weeks ago, there was a small bruise, line/dint and some redness, but otherwise she was fine.

Have just noticed her frown and there is still a line or dint.
I made the mistake of googling and it said a dent can be the sign of a fracture.

My nephew had something like this, a few weeks after bumping his head very hard, so dsis took him to the GP - they said it can sometimes be scar tissue left behind. Perhaps take her to the nurse practitioner or GP just to be on the safe side - or call NHS direct?
I'm sure it is nothing, but it will put your mind at rest.
