I noticed it today and upon quizzing his Dad it turns out he had an accident involving a slide at the park a few weeks ago.
It looks darker grey behind than in front.
He has got such gappy teeth anyway, i really don't want him to lose this one ((
Anyone had experience of this?
thnx

How old is he? - my DD did this when she was about two - knocked her tooth back into her gum, it came through again but was very grey. There was no damage to her adult teeth. I did take her to the dentist for a check though. The tooth didn't fall out early IIRC.

Tooth has had the blood supply interrupted.
It will probably go darker then has a good chance of going back to its normal colour after a few months.
