Just over a week ago I started having a strained feeling in my throat,have also had runny/blocked nose,sinuses ,muffled ear and general achiness.
I still have the strained throat feeling and my mouth seems constantly dry.Last night I couldnt get to sleep as every time I laid down I would feel like I couldnt get a good enough breathe.I felt fine sitting up.
Now I suffer from reflux problems so could be that ,or....the kids have had a viral infection last week which resulted in them having red cheeks like slapped cheek.
So does anybody have experiences with this or anything else like it?
