Sore norks!

The last few days, Ive had really sore boobs. Im guessing its a side effect of the mini pill (cerazette) as its a listed common symptom but is there anything I can do to ease it? Suppliments etc, Im willing to try anything as its very annoying!

Hot/cold compresses worked for me when I was on the pill . Obviously not quite the thing to wap your boobs out at your desk and crack on, but I found it soothing in the evenings before bed. I got a microwaveable one from Lakeland that smelled like lavender and that worked like a treat
