Is Coffee that bad for you ??

I hear conflicting things about coffee.
Personally i may drink one Capuccino in the morning, thats after a tea. Then maybe one later near midday thenthats about it....or may drink a 3rd one later on ...maybe after dinner.. (DECAF) .
I know thats not a lot and am quite healthy,,keeping fit not smoking and good balanced diet...but whats in coffee besides the Caffeine ????

Nothing, really. Coffee is mostly water, after all. Excessive amounts of strong coffee (like espressos) and you can find it leads to trouble with sleeping, dehydration, fluid retention, mood-swings, digestion issues. But, in moderation, it's nothing more sinister than a pick-me-up
