Yes I've had it and found it beneficial.

Oh that's interesting, beneficial physically/mentally or emotionally, cocolepew, and would you do it again?
How many sessions did you do?

I go to an oestopath every 3-4 months who will do it if she thinks neccessary. It's help mostly when I've been under stress, I get terrible headaches and jaw ache. It helps loosen everything up. My DDs are 8 and 12 and get it too.

How do you think it helps your dd's? I have a ten year old I am Also thinking of sending but don't know much about it really

My eldest DD has a genentic condition that causes her face to 'pucker' the muscles are too tight, this helps loosen them. It helps with general bumps and bangs that they get, it helps with their balance and sleeping.

Sounds good! I am tempted to give it a go and to try it out for my dd too.
