dd has a rash

I noticed at tea time yesterday that she had like little white blister type spots on both her wrists and the skin around the area was red.
It had more or less gone down by bed time and had vanished this morning.
But in the last half an hour its come up all over the one side of her face. She's fine in herself and its not bothering her.
Haven't changed washing powder or anything else and I can't think of anything different she's eaten.

Any ideas what it could be?

has dd been outside near some nettles maybe,

I too would wonder about something she may have brushed against eg plants. Or touched and then touched her face. At least it's just a rash and she is fine in herself.

Dd is still getting this rash. It comes and goes, could it be some kind of heat rash?

She gets into a state scratching it.

She hasn't been by any plants since shes been getting it.

I get this in various places mainly fingers or wrist, only small areas but it is really itchy and makes tiny water blisters then it eventually goes away. I have no idea why it happens but presume it's heat related.

Is there anything I can do to make it better for her?

Sounds like urticaria . It's probably some kind of allergic reaction, often flares up very quickly and then disappears again very quickly and the cause is often difficult to ascertain. You could try some antihistamine (cream and/or oral e.g. Piriton syrup). Factsheet here .

Yep I think thats it, thanks, I'll read the fact sheet. Thank You

That's OK .

yep, sounds like an allergic rash like ds2 gets. He gets it when he goes near dogs or grass and i give him piriton for it.
