I am a nurse and would suggest you go back to A+e.Can someone look after your baby?

Tks Appealforhelp am kind of thinking of ringing them again, my DP is a paramedic and at work and as his advice on frI night was to go back to bed and see how I was in the morning as A&E would be very busy so I am not too bothered about ringing him. Will ring my friend and see will she come around if not will see what NHS direct say or if i can go to out of hrs dr would bring dd there all right but not to A&e

My concern is that dizziness etc is symptomatic of a low bp.Have they found the causde of you vomiting fresh blood? Is it a lot?I would advise drinking plenty of fluids etc if you are unable to access medical advise.ooh seems good plan. All the best xx

I have been drinking water all day and eating plain boiled rice, They think I damaged a blood vessel when I was vomiting and to me it did not seem a lot of blood the Dr said it was about 2 tablespoons but they were happy to leave me come home, I am waiting on a ph call back now

Hope you are OK.I would see what nhs direct says.My worry was when you said you felt dizzy etc.I usually run a bp of 90/60,not unusual for a youngish woman, but if this is unusualfor you would be a concern.I hope youare feeling better soon

Tks it is not usually this low and my pulse is usually low 60/70 but it is between 90 and 100,
Hopefully they will ring soon and my friend is on her way. Thanks I just needed someone to reason that all is not actually ok
