Peeing issue - me (sorry!)

Sorry in advance if this is TMI.

I'm 40-something, and I've noticed recently that it takes me ages to empty my bladder. No matter how desperate I am, it trickles out rather than gushes, and I have to move about to get more out.

I've no pain or anything, so this is just an observation. Is it just age, or is this something I should see my doctor about?

You should go and ask your doctor. There may be an obstruction. Or it may be nothing. But it's better to get it checked out than to wait.
