Embarrassing problem - any advice please

I had my baby 10wk ago and have been to see the doctor as i have had the worst wind and cant get rid, ive tried Actimel to see if it helps, any help would be much appreciated please!!!

Is it trapped wind or are you,erm blowing a gale?

blowing a bloody gale, constantly and its not easy on the old nostrels either, any advice?

Change your diet.
Chew slowly and thoroughly. Avoid gulping in lots of air.
reduce stress.
exercise.
Charcoal tablets.
Try to empty your bowels twice a day.

did you have c section - apparently is quite common for a while afterwards according to my gp and mw

Laxatives - get it out! I sufferred a bit until the laxatives kicked in and help me to get everything (and I mean everything) out.
