Open Burn blister

I burnt my wrist cooking the other day, its about an inch long and 1cm wide. It had blistered over so had stopped hurting but was just play fighting with DS2 and he scraped it with his foot. He has pulled the blister off adn now it hurts again.

I put cold water on and it that made it hurt more.

What can I put on it? Savlon? It is on the inside of my wrist on the very soft skin

you need to get a special burn dressing you can buy them in boots here. For the time being put a normal plaster over it and then get a special plaster tomorrow. Don't put any cream on it.
