Anyone know a good beginners pilates DVD please?

What it says on the tin really. All the beginners classes around here are full so I thought I'd try a DVD. Ideally I'd like one you can do in 10 minute chunks as I'm too lazy busy to do a whole DVD but I'm more likely to do a quick 10 mins when I get the chance. There are so many out there, can anyone tell me of a good one please? TIA

I started out with Pilates for Mums, which is supposed to be a post-natal pilates programme, but I started it when ds2 was about 3! It was a great introduction and has 3 different routines (I think) depending on how well you are doing.

Then I moved on to Darcey Bussell's Pilates for Life, which is good as the routine is split into sections each with a different focus, so you don't have to do it all in one go, and also there's a short routine which takes about 20 mins and incorporates aspects of each of the longer ones. I did find if you do the warm up and cool down it still takes too long, but once you're used to her exercises I think the short routine on its own is fine.

I'll definitely have a look at both of those, thanks.
