I used to be 21 and i size 8, now im 31 and size 14, after 4 kids, my poor boobs are hammered, im saggy, knackered, i cant be bothered to make any real effort with my hair and my make-up bag is now a solitary tube of mascara chucked on the bathroom window-ledge (i think my 4yo dd uses it more then me!) My mum recently said "ive never seen you so chubby" im not ready to be fat and flabby and all manky! I want to get fit! How do you overcome the pathetic lack of self-discipline and even less self-motivation? I think about getting off my butt and doing some exercise but the only time i get is of an evening and im too knackered then. How do some mums get so thin, and toned and fit? HOW??
