Our family is complete, and a vasectomy is out of the question. I'd sort of like to get sterilised, to stop having to think about contraception, but I don't fancy a GA to get it done.
I know there is a new local-anaesthetic sterilisation procedure called Essure, does anyone know anything about how/where it is being made available?
