started coughing this morning and i felt some thing sort of ping, in my virginal parts and then when i coughed again some thing seemed to be moving, not hurts , until this afternoon, my back hurts and i feel like i have period pains and feeling like i need a poo all day! could it be a prolapse?

It could be. Get is checked out as soon as you can, especially if you are in pain.
