Hellish PMT & contraception - can you help?

Hi all just looking for advice please. I'm 37 and have 2dcs (3 and 20 months). I get the most awful PMT since having dcs (rage, irritability, cramp etc etc) and heavy AF.
I have taken agnus castus, black cohosh which have stopped working now.

I'm unsure as to what to try. Should I try the combi-pill (was on this for years when younger but not sure if they would [prescribe it due to my age now?) , mini-pill or coil or jag? What do you all think and could you share your experiences with me please?

Oh come on someone help me please!

I started with awful PMT after my second child - all the symptoms you mention plus weight gain, acne and depression from ovulation for two weeks every month. Nice! Went on Marvelon and have not looked back. Fixed everything almost immediately. My friend has just been fitted with a Mirena coil for similar and that seems to be working well too.
