well i finally got to sleep but ive woken up and its as bad as ever. Am also left with half a tooth at the back so must have been grinding it in my sleep. NHS wont help cos "i have a dentist"
My main problem is im totally phobic about dentists

You can't keep going like this.
Phone the dentist and report back - you will have lots of sympathy here. Imagine the relief once it is sorted

I was ment to go get everything sorted under anesthetic but found out i was pregnant 2 days before i was due in and they wouldnt do it
