Left ear gone deaf and tinitus-ish! help!

My ear is all whoosy and ringing. no pain. a bit deaf.

tried blowing with blocked nose, wilggling fingers in it and shaking head - no cure.

help. is driving me nuts and I can't go to bed with it making such a noise in my head.

It's still ringing and still driving me mental.

anyone?

I had something similar once, turned out to be glue ear. At 32.

Guess you will have to get your GP to have a look if it doesn't clear up?
