freaking out...

help! my breasts have been really sore & swollen for a few days & last night, I began to produce what looks like colostrum. Ds is 23 months old & it's been at least 18 mos since I stopped bfing. I took a pg test this morning but it's neg. My period came as normal 10 days ago but now I've started spotting again. I'm terrified, tbh, but gyn is on holiday. What's going on? Has anyone experienced this?

Do you think you might have an infection? Is it both breasts or just one?
Have no idea re pregnancy thing, but I know my sister had an infection after stopping bf (not sure how long after or if connected) and she had sore swollen breast with a discharge. Would get down to the GP Mon morning if no change and get it checked out, obviously asking for help sooner if you start to feel really unwell or get any extra symptoms.

was so horrified/fascinated... tasted it. just like cream. weird. Looked it up on the internet & apparently could be linked to a brain tumour??!! please, is there a doctor on mn?
